As part of our commitment towards Capacity Development and Grants Management which is central to Act!’s development practice. We are committed to ensuring that our capacity development efforts enhance the skills and capacities of partner organizations to enable them effectively realize their programming objectives and meet the desired needs of the target communities.
The capacity development is structured on the capacity assesments. It involves both in-house training, practical workplace mentorship and technical assistance to partner organizations working within Act!’s core programme areas.
Through the Resilience Peace and Stability Programme funded by the Royal Danish Embassy in Kenya we were able to conduct Capacity Assessments for our implementing partners across the country.
