It also involves strengthening the CEF’s capacity to facilitate the coordination and implementation of the County Action Plan (CAP), improving coordination and collaboration and promoting a multi-stakeholder approach. It has been implemented in: Nairobi, Nyeri, Wajir, Garissa, Mombasa, Isiolo and Lamu counties.
