What is Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the act of raising concerns or reporting suspected misconduct, unethical practices, or violations of policies in a responsible manner. At Act!, this can be done through safe, confidential, and accessible reporting channels.
If you witness, suspect, or have evidence of any wrongdoing, you are strongly encouraged to speak up. Your voice matters in protecting our shared values.

Protection Against Retaliation
• Act! strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
• Any act of retaliation is treated as a serious violation and addressed through disciplinary action.
• Retaliation includes dismissal, demotion, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or any unfair or adverse treatment.
Commitment to Good Faith Reporting
• Reports should be made honestly, responsibly, and with genuine concern for ethical conduct.
• Individuals who report concerns in good faith will be supported and protected.
• Deliberate misuse of the reporting system through malicious or knowingly false claims may result in appropriate corrective action.

Verification, Investigation & Resolution Process
All reports are handled with seriousness, fairness, and respect for all parties involved.
• Acknowledgment: Reports will be acknowledged promptly.
• Assessment: A designated ethics officer or independent committee will evaluate the concern(s).
• Investigation: A timely, impartial, and thorough investigation will be conducted, guided by due process, organizational policies, and legal standards.
• Outcome & Action: Findings will be documented, and appropriate corrective, restorative, or disciplinary measures will be taken where necessary.
Anonymous Reporting
Act! respects the right to report concerns anonymously. While anonymity may limit the ability to seek clarification or gather additional information, all reports submitted with sufficient detail will be taken seriously and investigated to the fullest extent possible and necessary remedial actions will be taken within the policies of Act! and the governing laws.
