Act! is led by a 9-member Board of Directors with diverse expertise in areas such as capacity development, grants management, finance, legal, policy, research, and civil society. The Board offers policy guidance and strategic direction. A management team oversees daily operations, implements the Act! strategy, excluding program execution and financial management.
